Chocolate "bolitas" can be enjoyed simply as candy or dissolved in milk with a molinillo for Mexican hot chocolate. Use molinillo to gently press on "bolitas" in pot with milk until fully dissolved over medium heat. Then, twist between palm of hands to froth.
