HERNÁN and Chef Dora Ramirez Comida Casera Cookbook Exclusive

HERNÁN and Chef Dora Ramirez of Dora's Table have partnered together to offer an exclusive set this spring to coincide with the release date of her new cookbook, Comida Casera.

The bundled set includes a signed copy of the hard-cover cookbook and an authentic cast-iron comal by HERNÁN.

Dora Ramirez is a Culinary Institute of America-trained Mexican chef. In her new book, out March 18, 2025, she shares her journey of reinventing traditional Mexican dishes for a plant-based lifestyle. It includes over 100 vegan, Mexican plant-based recipes.

Readers can recreate her recipes by using the HERNÁN Mexican-crafted comal to toast chilies, tomatoes, seeds and nuts for delicious salsas, moles and more.
